This was the focus of discussion at the anniversary exhibition BakuBuild (30 years) @caspianconstructionweek, where architect and strategist Nani Zhgenti spoke on behalf of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan @uaa.azerbaijan in a discussion on future development models.

 

Architecture of attraction is when a building functions as a media asset: it captures attention → strengthens the brand → increases the project’s value.

This is a development strategy for a new era.
