ARCHITECTURE OF ATTRACTION and ARCHITECTURAL MARKETING

Nani Zhgenti
Architect

“Architecture of Attraction” is an approach to design in which architecture is seen as a comprehensive tool for shaping impressions, attention, and identity. In the context of digital culture and the attention economy, a building is no longer just a physical object — it becomes a media platform capable of transmitting the values of a brand, a city, or a project.

Space is constructed as a carefully designed scenario of human interaction: through scale, light, materials, the plasticity of forms, and spatial dramaturgy, an emotional experience is created — one that is memorable and evokes a desire to return and to share it. Architecture begins to function even before the building is commissioned — as a visual and communication asset that enhances project recognition, generates public interest, and reduces the need for traditional marketing.

This approach transforms buildings and public spaces into points of attraction that naturally integrate into the urban context and become part of the cultural and media landscape.
